Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and shipping carrier. 

All domestic orders will ship USPS first class or priority mail.

Merakyi is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
