Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and shipping carrier.
All orders will ship USPS.
Domestic Orders Shipping calculated at checkout: (3-5 business days)
International Orders: Currently not accepted
Merakyi is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
Merakyi Clothing doesn't replace or refund any possible lost or stolen packages once it's marked as "Delivered" by USPS to avoid any possible fraudulent claims, however we do work directly with the post office to recover any package that is "Lost In Transit " or before it arrives to your address.
It is the customer's responsibility to track and claim any packages that they are waiting to arrive, but in the event that USPS fails to deliver the package according to it being marked as "delivered" it is in the customers best interest to check with the Mail carrier and follow their procedure for locating any lost packages.
